Railfanning District 2

A little diversion from the norm with this post.  Yesterday, my daughter and I spend a few hours railfanning Pan Am (Guilford) District 2.  Over the last few months, the weekends have been busy with the addition of a new service that adds a weekend round trip over the line.  This weekend was the first of the year that I did not have to work, and with a sick wife wanting quiet we made our escape.

 Hotshot Train WAAY (Waterville-Ayer) passing EDPO on the main.  WAAY is the new container train that runs on the weekends.  Today's train had 11 boxcars on the headpin before the containers.
